Hey everyone, I'm back...new name. I've decided to give deviantART another try. Once again, if you dont know. I am Keitaro Keitsu aka Jeff or Kei. I am a multi-media artist spanning from Anime to Politics/paint/photography. I am currently starting Blue Moon Agents (BMA) animated series (release date 2012) and Guardian of EMECHION aka EMECHION.
